I don't write reviews, but the experience we have had with Johanna has been so unique my wife and I wanted to share it. We live in Texas but we have been looking for a beach home in Southern California for a long time. We had never met Johanna until we called about a Laguna Beach home where Johanna was the listing agent. She was so knowledgeable and excited about this home and the area we decided to fly out to meet her and take a look. She helped us scheduling an entire trip, met us after hours, showed us multiple homes, followed up and followed through on every detail over the past two months and went above and beyond in every way. This is the 8th home I have bought in my life so I can be a tough grader. Johanna is that rare combination of honesty, knowledge, hard work and passion all wrapped up in a sincerely nice person that wanted more than anything to help us find the perfect home for us. We were very impressed with Johanna's management of our recent home sale. She convinced us early in the process that she would be dedicated to realizing the full value of our property while eschewing the prevailing real estate agent approach of underpricing the asset and letting prospective buyers fight it out via a bidding war, a lamentable process that satisfies no one. She listed our house at a higher price point than all the other agents we talked with, closing the transaction at almost an 8% premium. How did she do it?
